This is a reminder for all our Girl Strong Runners at St. Bernard's Catholic School:
The final event takes place tomorrow, Thursday, June 13 at Tudhope Park. The following are some reminders from the coaches, for runners and parents:
**The event is scheduled, rain or shine.
** Please make sure you have made up all of your missed runs over recess with one of the coaches.
**Please make sure that you have handed in your signed waiver.
**Make sure you have a ride arranged to and from the run. You need to be at Tudhope Park by 3:45 p.m. and have a ride to pick you up at 5:00 p.m.
**We will meet on the grass behind the Sweet Dreams building at 3:45 p.m. There will be a group warm-up before the run begins.
**We will bring your Girl Strong shirts to the run to change into before the run. You MUST wear your shirt on the run.
**Parents are encouraged to watch but they will not be able to run on the course. The coaches will be running with the girls.
**Note that there are no water stations on the course. Please make sure to bring a full water bottle so you have water available before and after the run.
